Open the Battle Launcher and select Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War from the list of games on the left.

Select the Options menu (blue cogwheel icon)

Select Modify Install from the drop down list.

In the pop-up window click Modify Install in the Game Content section.

Check the content you wish to install.

Click Confirm.

Launch the Battle app and log in to your account.

Select All Games.

Find and select Call of Duty: Modern Warfare.

Select the Install button to download and install the game.
