Install CoD4 from steam.

Launch multiplayer.

Enable console in settings.

Open console with Tilde (`) key.

Manually connect to any C4S server by typing one of the following commands into the console.
Server Setup. Once the server files are downloaded, open with Winrar/7zip, go into the folders until you see Main/Zone Folder and other loose files. Drag the loose files, into the root directory of your server then copy the files inside of the Main/Zone folder, into the Main/Zone folder of the server.
