Video Horror Society is no longer in development and has been discontinued by Hellbent Games. On June 9th, 2024, the game's Twitter account announced that the game would be permanently shut down on September 8th, 2024.

This asymmetrical horror game showed some similarities to Dead by Daylight and many people thought it could coexist with DBD but that wasn't the case.
